actually I got a little too carried away by how awesome this plugin is and wrote you up a mini review 🙂

      1. Jay says:

Thanks or the great review Ed 🙂

Trying with qTranslate and seems to work well, now I’m ready for my new multilingual shop project, but also expecting the pro version whit cross-sells and up-sells features 😉

      1. Jay says:

the first edition of Jigoshop Premium will hopefully be ready in a couple of weeks 🙂

This website looks really nice and clean. I am about to install Jigoshop, but i have a quick question. Is there an Affilate program type extension to Jigo. As in we give out a link and that link would get a commission.
I would have asked in the forum but there is no login or registration for it so I can’t.

    1. Jay says:

Not as yet but I’ll add the idea to our list of possible future extensions.

The forum will hopefully be ready early next week 🙂

Loving this plugin it’s so user friendly and i can’t believe its free for the amount of power it gives you, one thing i am finding difficult though at the moment is getting it to work on a template that has 2 sidebars, keeps smacking all the content out of sync when i view a product on it’s own (take a look at http://www.quincewebdesign.com/test/photo/shop/picture-of-me/ to see what i mean). will keep playing with it as i’m sure its just a css thing i need to change some where.

keep up the good work and i look forward to further offerings

    1. Jay says:

Thanks Leigh, glad you’re enjoying the plugin. You’re right, that will just be a CSS setting you’ll need to tweak. Or you could wait for our first premium theme coming next week 🙂

      1. Leigh Quince says:

Yes i managed to find the relevant template files to edit and it’s all working swimmingly.

I really like this plugin. It would have been even better if I could have gotten the product attributes to work as most of my products require a customer choice in one area or another.
I understand about having to convert users of your free plugin to paying customers however when a small business is just getting started the support they receive from developers can lead into a long lasting business relationship. So please keep in mind that you can price yourself right out of customers. One of the main reasons I started using this plugin is that it is free… which helps to keep my overhead costs under control.

    1. Jay says:

Thanks for your feedback. We’re extremely conscious of price and while we don’t want to price ourselves out of the market this is a huge investment and we need to make some money 🙂

We’re confident our prices will be reasonable for anyone serious about building an eCommerce store.

PS. attributes should work fine, if you have trouble please ask in the forum 🙂

    Is it normal ?

    1. Jay says:

Hello Jay, very impressive plugin and love the theme. Do you have any exact release dates for the premium version and will this still include SagePay? Also a release date for the theme as this is great too!

    1. Jay says:

There are no exact dates for the release of premium just yet. Hopefully 1-2 months. There will be a SagePay Form payment module available very soon though which will be compatible with both free and premium versions.

  10. rob says:

Really looking forward to the premium version coming out, especially for the customisable options. Had a couple of issues regarding the grouped products, causing problems like an infinite loop redirect.

Would love to know when we can expect it.
