About CSV Order and Client Export

CSV Order and Client Export allows you to quickly and easily extract your data from Jigoshop and put it into Excel or any other favorite spreadsheet program.

You have the ability to export order, products, and customers.

Installation

 

To install your plugin:

  1. Navigate to Plugins Add New.
  2. At the top of the Add Plugins page, click the Upload Plugins button.
  3. Click Choose File.
  4. In the File Upload pop-up, choose the plugin’s .zip file from the hard drive and then click Open.
  5. Click Install Now.
  6. After installation, you have to click the Activate Plugin button.
  7. You will be transferred to the Plugin page; CSV Order and Client Export should now be visible.

Activation

 

To activate the plugin:

  1. Navigate to Jigoshop Manage Licenses.
  2. Fill the boxes with appropriate information (license key and activation email).
  3. Click the Save button.
  4. Your plugin should now be active.

Export Orders

To export Orders:

  1. Navigate to Jigoshop → Order Export and the Export Orders tab should already be open.
  2. Choose what Statuses to include.
    • new
    • pending
    • on-hold
    • waiting-for-payment
    • processing
    • completed
    • refunded
    • cancelled
  3. Choose the Start Date with the date picker.
  4. Choose the End Date with the date picker.
  5. Choose a Category or check the box to select All Categories.
  6. Select the Output Format (default = CSV).
  7. Select Output Column headers (default = Label).

  8. Select Item Fields to include – Toggle Include item fields to include all.

  10. Select Billing Fields to include – Toggle Include billing fields to select all.
    • Available fields:

  11. Select Shipping Fields to include – Toggle Include shipping fields to select all.

  12. Click Export

Export Product CSV

To export products:

  1. Navigate to Jigoshop → Order Export and click the Export Products tab.
  2. Set a Limit (default = Unlimited) – sets the maximum number of products to include.
  3. Set the Offset (default = 0) – number of columns to insert before data.
  4. Select what data to export into ColumnsToggle Select/deselect all to select all.
    • Available data items:
      • Post title
      • Post name
      • Product ID
      • Post excerpt
      • Post content
      • Post status
      • Menu order
      • Post date
      • Post parent
      • Comment status
      • SKU
      • Visibility
      • Stock

  5. Choose Output column headers (default = Labels)
    • Label

  6. Click Export Products to generate the export file.

Export Product Variations CSV

To export product variations:

  1. Navigate to Jigoshop → Order Export and click the Export Products tab.
  2. Scroll down to the Export Product Variations CSV section.
  3. Set a Limit (default = Unlimited) – sets the maximum number of products to include.
  4. Set the Offset (default = 0) – number of columns to insert before data.
  5. Select what data to export into ColumnsToggle Select/deselect all to select all.

Export Customers

To export customers:

  1. Navigate to Jigoshop → Order Export.
  2. Click the Export Customers tab.
  3. Set the Output column headers (default = Label).

  4. Choose between exporting Customers bought anything in the shop or Registered WordPress users.
  5. Click Export to generate the export file.
