All site content, including imagery and documentation that is published on Jigoshop.com is the property of Jigowatt Ltd. Any replicated site content must be authorized in advanced. Content from this site shall not be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Jigowatt Ltd.
Jigoshop reserve the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a support or membership plan including support with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on the site.
4. Refund Policy
As we are offering non-tangible digital goods, we do not generally issue refunds after the purchase has been made. We will be happy to consider a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase if you are unable to get the plugin/extension/theme to install properly on your website or if the plugin fails to perform the basic functions as designed and you have worked with our support team to try to resolve these issues. Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Jigowatt, Ltd. No refunds will be given after 30 days from the initial purchase. Please note that by purchasing any of our plugins or themes, you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy.
5. Support policy
Jigoshop, themes and extensions are offered “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like or will be compatible with all 3rd party components and plugins.
Forum support is available only to paid customers.
Premium Support is available only to individuals with an active support plan. Subscribing to a support plan gives you access to our support ticket system and documentation.

7. Transactional Emails
Jigowatt Ltd. may on occasion send you email notifications related to Jigoshop, themes, and extensions. These transactional emails may include notification of membership changes, changes to our terms and conditions, membership expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your Jigoshop membership or account.
By registering on jigoshop.com or by purchasing our product(s) you indicate that you have read and agree the Terms & Conditions detailed on this page.
Upon accepting a subscriber for ‘single domain’, ‘multiple domain’, or ‘unlimited domain’ version of its Technical Support offering in connection with the Jigoshop product (‘Support Services’), Jigowatt Limited will provide support services subject to these terms. Jigowatt Limited reserves the right to amend limit or suspend or terminate the support services provided at any time without prior notice. However subject to this it will generally make reasonable efforts to resolve any issue requiring support services using one of the following means: (a) providing information which solves the problem;(b) providing information as to how to obtain a software solution that will solve the problem;(c)providing notice that the problem is caused by a known, unresolved issue or an incompatibility issue; (d) by providing an upgrade to a newer version of the product; (e) by identifying the problem as being caused by or related to the Customer’s server, operating equipment or other software.
The level of support provided by the Support Services assumes a working Customer knowledge of WordPress as a content management system as well as basic understanding of HTML, CSS and PHP languages. It is not a retail website design service for the general public. Each support services agreement at the ‘support club’ level is designed to be used by a single named professional accessing the service from the registered subscriber email. Each support services agreement at the ‘single site’ level is designed to be used by the subscriber from the registered subscriber email for the purposes on the nominated URL site address registered at the time of subscription. It is not transferable or sub-licensable to any third party, nor is it intended as a replacement for time-critical helpdesk or on-site support where a loss of functionality could result in a loss of business or profits.
2. Premium Content
Jigoshop ‘premium content’ including but not limited to Themes and Extensions are commercially licensed and not in any instance provided under the GPL license. For a copy of these Terms and Conditions please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Response Times
Jigowatt Limited will make reasonable efforts to respond within advertised response times but does not guarantee that a response will be provided within a specified time period.In particular responses will be provided only during normal working hours of its support facility, in the English language only, and to a registered subscriber.
4. Remote Access
Jigowatt Limited may require remote access to the Customer’s computer system for diagnostic and problem solving purposes. Jigowatt accepts no responsibility for the removal of installed software necessary to make such remote access possible.
Jigowatt Limited does not provide on-site, email or over-the-phone support services unless separately specified. This package does not provide support with issues relating to internet, email, file management, or network configuration. In particular it is not a support service designed to be used on its own for the purposes of website design and construction by individuals who are unfamiliar with WordPress.
Jigowatt Ltd. reserve the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions without prior consent.
